SUPPORT · MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
If you are an adult and experiencing the impact of a mental health condition Therapie may be able to assist. Services include support for adults living with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression, and lower prevalence disorders such as psychosis and related disorders, complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the mental health impact of chronic fatigue and other chronic conditions. Support for carers looking after someone facing these kinds of complexities is also offered. Sessions are available in person across Adelaide's southern and central areas or via telehealth anywhere in Australia.
No two people experience the impact of a mental health condition in exactly the same way, and the right support depends on what matters to you. At Therapie we work across a broad range of conditions and complexities, including:
✓
Anxiety and depression
✓
Psychosis and related disorders
✓

Carer support, for people supporting someone whose life is affected by the complexities of a mental health condition
Support includes practical, occupational therapy informed support alongside your broader treatment team. This can include help rebuilding daily routines, confidence and day to day functioning, and support to work towards the things that matter to you.
For people living with bipolar disorder, OCD, or other complex presentations, a steady, structured space to build strategies that fit around the ups and downs these conditions can help, working alongside any psychiatric or medical care you already have in place.
Living with chronic fatigue or another ongoing health condition can take a real toll on your mental health and your day to day life. Practical, CBT and ACT informed strategies, including pacing, energy management and adjusting routines to protect your wellbeing can help.
Caring for someone whose life is affected by a mental health condition can be demanding in its own right. Support for carers navigating the complexities that come with this role, including space to process what you're managing and practical strategies for looking after your own wellbeing alongside your caring responsibilities can make a difference.
