SUPPORT · CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT
Chronic or persistent pain can have a huge impact on all of your life areas and interfere with the things you like to spend your time doing. Using a CBT and ACT informed approach, therapie can help you build practical strategies for managing pain, protecting your energy and getting back to what matters. Sessions are available at Sheidow Park in person or via telehealth anywhere in Australia.
ACCEPTED FUNDING PATHWAYS:
Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan · NDIS · Private Health · WorkCover · RTWSA · Self-funded
Chronic or persistent pain doesn't always have a clear medical fix, and living with it day to day can wear down your energy, your mood, your sleep, your work and your relationships, sometimes leaving you feeling stuck or unheard.
Persistent pain changes how the brain and body communicate, which is why pain can continue even after tissue has healed. Therapy doesn't aim to eliminate pain entirely. It focuses on helping you respond to it differently, reducing its impact on your daily life and building sustainable ways to keep doing the things that matter to you.
